| Redbrick Health Member Experience
Red Brick Health needed to communicate how easy it is to sign up for their program and what the benefits are for a variety of employees with different health histories. We created two scenarios, one for Sally (a young, healthy professional) and one for Charles (a middle-aged guy with some health issues) to illustrate the ease and benefits of the program, including financial incentives for preventive care and health and fitness regimens. Silver King Training
for McDonalds
When McDonalds purchased Silver
King cream dispensers for their stores all over the
country it created a pressing training challenge. Everyday
employees needed clear instruction and demonstration
on how to operate the machine, change the cream bag,
refill the sugar and keep the unit clean. This instructional
video (in English and Spanish) was shipped with the
cream machines and did the trick.
